Kerri-Ann Lamb is an accomplished executive, business leader, and governance professional with extensive experience across the agribusiness, education, and community sectors. Since 2006, she has served as Managing Director of a successful regional agribusiness enterprise, leading strategic operations across governance, financial management, compliance, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and business development within a highly regulated environment.

Kerri brings significant expertise in corporate governance, operational leadership, risk management, and strategic planning. Her experience includes implementing quality assurance and compliance systems accredited through independent third-party audits, together with leading innovation, supply chain coordination, and sustainable business improvement initiatives.

Prior to her executive leadership career, Kerri worked as a Special Education Teacher with the Queensland Department of Education. This role strengthened her capabilities in communication, program facilitation, advocacy, administration, and person-centred support, while reinforcing her strong commitment to positive community outcomes.

Kerri holds a Bachelor of Teaching and a Diploma of Teaching (Early Childhood), alongside further qualifications in occupational health and safety, food safety and HACCP systems, ethical compliance, leadership, and corporate governance. She is also a recipient of the prestigious Nuffield Scholarship supported by Hort Innovation.

A Director of the K-Life Board since 2017 and Chair since 2026, Kerri contributes strong strategic insight, financial acumen, governance capability, and a collaborative leadership style. Her long-standing involvement in community and sporting organisations reflects her ongoing commitment to strengthening regional communities and supporting sustainable, community-focused services.

Lyndall McCormack is a strategic and community-minded leader who brings a strong combination of healthcare knowledge, business leadership, governance experience, and long-standing commitment to the K-Life Board. With qualifications in Occupational Therapy and Business Administration from the University of Queensland, Lyndall has built a diverse professional background spanning health, agribusiness, retail operations, and organisational leadership. 

As a Director of her family company, McCormack and Son, Lyndall has extensive experience in administration, financial oversight, management, and strategic planning. Her work has also included significant involvement in philanthropic initiatives across the indigenous, arts, sports, and health sectors, reflecting her strong commitment to community wellbeing and regional development. 

Lyndall’s early career as an Occupational Therapist in community health provided her with valuable insight into client-centred care, service delivery, and funding frameworks. Since joining the K-Life Board in 2011, she has played a key role in shaping the organisation’s governance and strategic direction. As a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and former Chair of the Board for 10 years, Lyndall provided steady leadership during significant periods of organisational growth and change. 

Lyndall continues to support the Board in a transition and advisory capacity, bringing valuable historical knowledge and strategic insight. In 2025, she researched and published a history documenting the beginnings and growth of K-Life since 1950, helping preserve the organisation’s heritage and community story. She is passionate about strengthening local support services and advocating for future community housing initiatives that enhance wellbeing and connection across the region. 

Colin Bloomfield is a highly respected and long-serving Director who brings more than four decades of governance experience, financial expertise, and community leadership to the K-Life Board. Appointed to the Board in September 1980, Colin has played an important role in guiding the organisation through significant growth and transformation, from its early beginnings as a small nine-bed hospital through to the diverse aged care and community organisation it is today. 

With a professional background in accounting, Colin contributes strong financial acumen, operational oversight, and business management experience developed through many years working across local business and commercial sectors. His extensive experience supports the Board in areas including financial governance, organisational sustainability, strategic planning, and succession planning. 

Colin’s long-standing involvement with community organisations including the Killarney Men’s Shed, polocrosse and the Killarney Recreation Club reflects his deep commitment to regional communities, social connection, and local engagement. His significant institutional knowledge and historical understanding of the aged care sector provide valuable perspective to Board discussions, supporting informed decision-making, continuity, and strong governance as K-Life continues to evolve and grow.

Holly Dillon is a strategic and values-driven leader who brings a strong combination of clinical expertise, business acumen, and community governance experience to the K-Life Board. As an experienced Registered Nurse with Queensland Health, Holly has developed extensive capabilities in acute care, clinical governance, patient safety, and risk management, with a strong focus on delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Health and a Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care (Emergency) and is currently undertaking a Master of Nurse Practitioner. Her ongoing professional development reflects her commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and leadership within the healthcare sector.

In addition to her clinical career, Holly successfully owns and operates two small businesses, providing her with valuable experience in financial management, operations, staffing, and strategic decision-making. She also contributes to community governance through her role as Treasurer of her children’s School P&C Association, demonstrating accountability, collaboration, and community engagement.

Holly brings a balanced perspective to Board discussions, combining healthcare knowledge with operational and financial insight. She is passionate about supporting K-Life to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and dignified care outcomes while ensuring strong governance, accountability, and strategic growth for the future.

Debbie Andersen is an experienced healthcare administration and community support professional with more than 30 years’ experience across medical practice management, accreditation, end-of-life care, and community engagement. Her extensive career in the medical sector culminated in a 23-year tenure as Practice Manager of a large regional medical centre in Warwick, where she played a key leadership role in the establishment, growth, and operational management of a multidisciplinary general practice servicing the wider community.

Throughout her career, Debbie has developed significant expertise in practice operations, financial management, accreditation compliance, human resource management, stakeholder engagement, staff development, and medicolegal risk management. She has also contributed to industry publications, participated in public speaking and community engagement activities, and previously served as an AGPAL surveyor supporting accreditation standards within general practice environments.

Debbie holds a Diploma in Practice Management, qualifications in medical terminology, palliative and end-of-life care, funeral celebrancy, and Clinical Pastoral Education through the Queensland Institute of Clinical Pastoral Education. She is currently continuing further studies in end-of-life care and advance care planning.

Through her business, The Last Chapter, Debbie provides non-medical end-of-life support, funeral celebrancy, and guidance for individuals and families navigating palliative care and future health planning. More recently, she has worked collaboratively with aged care providers to support residents in completing Statements of Choices and Advance Health Directives.

In addition to her professional experience, Debbie has a long history of community contribution through volunteer community radio, hospice support, public speaking, and advocacy. She brings to the Board strong communication skills, empathy, governance awareness, operational leadership, and a deep commitment to person-centred care and community wellbeing.

Sally Keogh is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, budgeting, risk management and strategic planning. Throughout her professional career, she has held senior leadership roles with responsibility for financial oversight, operational performance, business improvement and organisational governance.

Sally has worked closely with executive teams to support sustainable growth, strengthen financial performance and implement effective governance and reporting frameworks. Her experience includes managing financial risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, analysing organisational performance and contributing to strategic decision-making.

As a Director of K-Life, Sally brings valuable financial expertise and commercial insight to the Board. She is passionate about supporting the delivery of high-quality aged care and community services while ensuring the organisation remains financially sustainable and well-positioned for the future.

Sally is committed to strong governance, accountability and person-centred service delivery. Her collaborative approach, strategic thinking and dedication to community wellbeing support K-Life in achieving its mission of enriching the lives of older people and strengthening the communities it serves.

Dr Bryan Slattery is an experienced medical practitioner and community leader who brings extensive clinical expertise, governance knowledge, and aged care sector experience to the K-Life Board. Appointed as a Casual Director in March 2026, Dr Slattery has dedicated more than 40 years to rural healthcare, aged care, and community service across the Southern Downs region. 

Dr Slattery previously served as Medical Superintendent of Warwick Hospital from 1989 to 1995 before continuing his career as a Rural General Practitioner for almost three decades. He later founded and led a regional medical centre, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and long-term service development within the primary healthcare sector. 

Throughout his career, Dr Slattery has maintained strong involvement in aged care and clinical governance, including extensive work supporting residents within nursing home environments across the region. His professional experience provides valuable insight into clinical care standards, patient safety, healthcare governance, and the evolving needs of older Australians.

In addition to his medical career, Dr Slattery has contributed to a range of regional governance bodies and community organisations, including previous involvement with the Ambulance Board and Southern Downs District Hospital Board. He brings a practical, community-focused perspective to Board discussions and remains passionate about supporting sustainable, high-quality healthcare and aged care services within regional communities.
